3. Insert a rivet through the hanger front and through the sleeve’s hole.
4. Set the washer tight using a hammer and socket or small pipe.
5. Trim rivet length, leaving about 1/8"–3/16".
6. Peen the rivet on a hard surface with a smooth face hammer to finish.
