Occidental Leather B5114K Installation Overview

1. Gather tools: smooth face hammer, cutters, 9/32 socket, pick, drill with 3/16 bit, and hard surface.
2. Drill out two outer rivets from the non-dominant side bag.
3. Insert the new rivet through the hanger and through the sleeve hole.
4. Seat washer using a hammer and socket or small pipe.
5. Trim rivet to leave about 1/8 to 3/16 length.
6. Peen rivet on a hard surface with a smooth face hammer to finish.

1. Gather tools: smooth face hammer, side cutters, 9/32 deep socket, pick, drill with 3/16 bit, and a hard surface.
2. Drill out and remove the two outer rivets on the nondominant side bag.
3. Position sleeve; push a new rivet through the hanger and sleeve holes.
4. Seat washer using a hammer and socket or small pipe.
5. Trim excess rivet length to about 1/8 - 3/16 in.
6. Peen the rivet on a hard surface until tight; repeat for remaining rivet.
