Occidental Leather 5114K Installation Overview
- Gather tools: smooth face hammer, side cutters, 9/32 deep socket, pick, drill with 3/16 bit, and a hard surface.
- Drill out and remove the two outer rivets on the nondominant side bag.
- Position sleeve; push a new rivet through the hanger and sleeve holes.
- Seat washer using a hammer and socket or small pipe.
- Trim excess rivet length to about 1/8 - 3/16 in.
- Peen the rivet on a hard surface until tight; repeat for remaining rivet.
