2. Drill out two outer rivets from the non-dominant side bag.
3. Insert the new rivet through the hanger and through the sleeve hole.
4. Seat washer using a hammer and socket or small pipe.
5. Trim rivet to leave about 1/8 to 3/16 length.
6. Peen rivet on a hard surface with a smooth face hammer to finish.
